I have put this message on Chris facebook site a couple times but have had no response and would really like to have an idea so if someone can help with the questions below.

I read his book. My question is for someone who works out 5 days a week and burns 3,000 + calories through exercise is eating 1200 and 1500 calories on the classic cycle too low. This is my 2nd week and I am starting to lose a lot of hair like a did 1.5 years ago with eating so low. Will this method still work if I up my calories? I am really trying and want a method any method to work. I work out hard and I eat about 90% anyways of the foods on his list. I just don't carb cycle and calorie cycle. I have right now 20 lbs to lose (it was at 15, but with my last long run I just can't seem to get it down again and I haven't changed my eating habits).

I read so much on Eat more to lose more - that helped for while and now I am just plain stuck and am tired of being stuck when I work so hard. It seems like if I lose a little bit then I plateau for 6 months. I be happy to lose 1 lb a week and if it took me 20 weeks that is still better than the 1+ year of hardly nothing.

Anybody, Anybody with ideas and thoughts is so greatly appreciated and friends requests are great too!

I would suggest you do up your calorie intake especially if you are losing hair. Also did you mention you are not carb cycling? I love the carb cycling. I admit at the moment I am not sticking to much as I can't seem to gather all my willpower. However, I will tell you when I followed the carb cycling I was satisfied and after a couple of days I stopped craving all the junk. I also lost fairly easily. Regardless if you keep working out the way it sounds you have been you most likely would benefit from some extra calories. I hope it helps.
