Hi everyone I really hope you don't mind me coming back again, I have lost my weigh big style and need as much help as I can get and this thread really helped me when I was on it. Well my head wasn't in it for a long time but the weight if had lost iv put back on again and more so I need to give myself a big kick up the *kitten*.

    Welcome back!

    I credit this group big time in helping me get to my goal weight. Just being able to see progress in a spread sheet really helped!
