    NO! You can ride a bike for miles but you must ride 3 miles to equal 1 for leg miles (walking/running). Good job by the way!!!

    No calorie counting this week - Ieft it on the chart for anyone that wanted to track it and see it - but it isn't required this week....just Bust Out Those Workout Miles!!!!!
