Well I have been on mfp a long while, but I am struggling and could use some support

So a bit about me, I am currently 36 and as of this morning I am 17 stone. I want to eventually get to 10st 13lbs. I have been trying to do this on my own, but have been having difficulties. Therefore I am looking for people for support and motivation. So anyone out there?
