Interesting theory. They never had said specifically how many people have turned and how many survivors are left. I would guess that there is less survivors than estimated in this article. Plus there could be people in Montana that don't even see another human on a normal day so they might not have many zombies to contend with. Then when you get closer to bigger cities you have those mega hordes like we got a sneak peek of in episode 3 of this season. So those groups like Rick's might have to do a disproportionate amount of killing.0
