okay so i am overweight according to bmi
i want to lose a total of max 50 pounds
i am doing jogging 7 days a week for 40 minutes
i want to do strong lifts
anyone did the same
is it possible with a calorie deficit
i have heard lifting and running/jogging togethor do great for weight loss
but will i have that much energy ??
and will i continue to lose at the same rate

what i think is that i shall lose atleast 25 lbs before getting into this0

I lost 50lbs doing cardio and then got into weights. I'd start the weights ASAP! You will be building better muscle underneath, and you will look more toned as you go. Just do it!0

Do it, but listen to your body. If you feel tired, you won't be able to lift as much. Be ok with progressing slowly. Some is better than none.0
