These look like they are easy but man if you are doing a circuit and they say do them for 45 seconds straight without stopping...whew!!!!!!!

    When doing them the first time, please be sure that your hands are directly under your shoulders. And unlike planks where you might be on your forearms, do these from full arm extension. If you drop to your forearms as it might feel easier, just know you'll have floor burns. I do these often in out HIITS. They are a killer exercise that's for sure. Though I think these are easier than mountain climbers or lizard (aka Spiderman) pushups. Oh - an hold in your core too to help stalize that part of your body while jump planking.
