I've been in this group for a while now but finally decided to check in here. I am starting out w/ the P90 program, not X. My level of fitness is just not ready fro X and the amount of time is difficult w/ 4 kids at home. I am in the middle of week 4 and should be finishing up my first 30 days on Friday. I am very excited w/ the changes that I am seeing. I have always been a yo-yo dieter. In the past I would lose weight quickly without working out (on very low calorie) but I would just not look fit and my measurements did not decrease as much as I wanted...AND I have constantly gained it back. This time I am changing the way I eat and working out w/ P90. I also have a fitbit that tracks my steps everyday (I strive for 10,000+ minimum daily - not counting exercise steps). I am ALL in this time around. I have to get in shape, lower my blood pressure, and just become a better example for my family. I don't want to be the "fat" dad. I will post some of my "specs" later this week but I have definitely seen a loss in lbs and inches. I am moving to P90 phase 3-4 next week and know that it will really help me to better reach my goals. Once I complete P90, I plan to move to T25 (or I may add this in within the next 60 days and combine both workouts - morning/night).
