i want to go from 264 to 150

im 14 .. yes im young , please no mean comments. im here to lose weight like the rest of you . i really lack the motivation to keep going once i start, so friends and helpful messages really help. im really concerned though with losing so much weight that my skin wont be able to compensate for it and ill be 17 with baggy skin.. help?:happy:

    Do it know while you are young. Your skin *will* be be able to compensate. Just take it slowly and exercise as you go.

    Good luck and stick to it.

    It's great you are getting on the right track young! I wish I would have had a resource like MFP when I was your age. Definitely take it slow. I know that you are eager to lose the weight, but if you take 2 years to lose the weight, you will still only be 16. And gorgeous! I know I always would try, get frustrated because it wasn't coming off fast enough and then quit. Over and over. You will not regret taking your time and doing it right! Good luck, lady!

    Yes... being young plays a part of the skin coming back to "normal". Also weight training and drinking water also helps in more ways than one. It has been a month since you posted... any updates?

    I have went from 298 and currently I'm at 183 My goal is 150 and I'm 30, I have done it slowly and have very little extra skin.
