I've been running for 3 years. The furthest I've run is the marathon. I'm currently at 50 mi a week, marathon training season. Come summer, I usually do about 35 mi a week. I run 5 days a week0

I have been running for a little over 2 years. When I am not tripping over curbs or stepping sideways on rocks (i might be a little clumsy so I've had 2 sprained ankles during that time frame), I try to average around 20 miles/week. My longest race has been a half marathon. When training for a half my long runs go up to 14 miles, when not training for a half my long runs avg between 8-10 miles. My shorter runs are anywhere from 3-6 miles.0

I run cross-country at my school, so my running is concentrated in the fall, which is the season. This year I hope to continue running throughout winter and spring. I have been running cross-country for three years. The first year, I could run about two miles, the second year, about four, and this year, I run anywhere between four and six miles almost every day. I'm not very fast (29:50 is my best 5k time), but I pride myself on never walking. I'm looking forward to running a 10k this weekend.0

I started running two years ago at the age of 63. When in training I run between 15 and 20 miles a week in three runs, say two 5s and an 8. I have now run 4 10ks and 4 half marathons I hope to get in a sub 2hr half in the next year.0
