I had a weigh in oday. It' seen since October 1. My goal was to have my body fat be between 21-23%. (It was about 28% when I started, I think)

October 1st it was 23.4%. Today it is 22.85%

I know caliper measurements carry a degree of error, but I use the same body sites and same formula each time. The skinfold mm measurements are going down. May not be an acculturate number, but the downward trend it what matters and I can pretend 22.85% is a. Irate in my head.

I am happy to have reached the 21-23 mark! Especially with all the trouble I have had lately with migraines and chronic fatigue = lack of exercise/weight training.

(Actual scale weight is down 3 pounds)

    Congrats!!

How long did it take you to get down from 28% to present? What workouts did you do?

I actually did my first body fat measurement in May, I think. It was 27%. (Looked it up. Got the 28 wrong, I forgot)
The last 2 per cents went super duper slow.....long...slowly...

So from May to today. (This was after a slow year on MFP losing most of my initial weight (10#) it was slow because Along with my Chronic Illnesses I was recovering from major surgery )

I hardly do any cardio, just a bike ride or brisk walk once a week. Nothing hard core like Zumba or kickboxing or 2 hours on the Elliptical machine

I started with bodyweight strength training and soon switched to StrongLifts 5x5.

Thanks! As much as I hate to. Admit it, I think with my health stuff, this might be the lowest I can go without getting sick. No 18% BF for me.
