I will admit to having a huge turkey for Yule every year. However, we have turkey whenever it goes on sale during the year, so it's not like it's a special meal for my family.
Anyone have any suggestions on how I can liven up the Yule feast while still being sensible? I will make a tourtiere (french Canadian meat pie), but I'm at a loss for anything else.
