Hi
I have pulled something in my groin/labia area, I think I over stretched it doing a yoga stretch. it has been sore in the past after a cardio work out and resolves after a couple of days but always seems to come back and always on the same side.. After my squat 5x5 workout yesterday it was quite painful. I iced it and had an anti inflammatory and it is feeling a lot better but I'm wondering if I should lay off the squats for a week or so and continue with the upper body? I'm planning to replace some of my cardio this week with swimming so I don't aggravate it.
I am absolutely loving the 5x5!

Girl anytime you need to ice your labia after squats it's time to stop them for a while!0

I've been having some slight soreness in my groin as well - feels like a pulled muscle. A friend of mine showed me this article (there are 3 parts) Just curious what you experienced ladies think about the info/advice? This pain definitely caused me to re-evaluate my form and fix a few things.

Thanks so much for the advice. I'm going to baby it this week and look at my form as well. I have a feeling my feet may be too wide apart when I squat and that may aggravate it. I'm going to have a read of those articles too.0
