Read 2 Peter 1:3-5

    Melanie I love to comparison read God’s word and use the BibleGateway.com to do so with several parallels side by side. Reading this choice of scriptures in the different versions/translations I find the sub-titles assigned by the various studies as Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) ‘God Has Given Us Everything We Need’, New International Version (NIV) ‘Confirming One’s Calling and Election’ and The Message (MSG) ‘Don’t Put It Off’ which pretty much says it all.

    Thank you for sharing and Please Lord, help me to not put it off but the confirm my calling & election by You!
