How do you log your workouts?

I'm going to start the All Pro Beginner program this week. I'm wondering what you all use to track your workouts. Anyone create a log or a spreadsheet, or is there an iphone app that works?

Welcome to All Pro! I hope you like this workout as much as I do. I just started my 4th cycle.

Here is a thread from a while back with a spreadsheet that jasonheyd made:

    Here is one found online:

iPhone app: jetfit has been mentioned, can't remember who is using it.

Me, I just created a very simple spreadsheet in excel and update it when I start a new cycle.

    Good luck!

I also used a simple spreadsheet. I take it with me in hardcopy to the gym and write down everything. I've got sheets going back to October last year when I started ChaLean Extreme. I should really take a look at those again to see how far I've come :glasses:

I use the Jefit app. Logs all my exercises, stats, and has a timer to help me with my time between sets. I also have a spreadsheet to track my cycle weight increases (does all the math for me, lol)

I've just been using an old fashion paper and pen...I know, not what you're looking for. I've just been too busy to set anything up yet.

I use a spreadsheet to calculate the weights, then log everything on http://www.freeworkoutlog.com. freeworkoutlog.com allows you to create individual templates so then it's just a matter filling in the weight and reps for your workout.
  • I will be starting next week, I will be using a spreadsheet and the JEfit App on my phone.

I feel like a loser, I don't log except here when I post my cycle to cycle stats :ohwell:

Hey, if you can keep all those numbers and percentages straight in your head, that makes you a winner!

Hey all. I use a Google spreadsheet that I created (linked above) to track what weight I'm working with on a given day, but I've been using Gym Hero and GymTimer to track my workouts & rest periods on my iPhone:

    Gym Hero: http://bit.ly/1glTxGY

    GymTimer: http://bit.ly/IiZWGZ

I actually think Jefit's a better app than Gym Hero, but Gym Hero has some limited integration with RunKeeper, which lets me track all my exercise stuff in one place. Gym Hero's actually come a long way over the past few releases, but most of the nicer features are paid upgrades.

Jefit's available here for iPhone: http://bit.ly/1b6QVqR
