How many hand-release burpees can you do in one minute?

chest to deck, raise your fingers/hands a bit to ensure you're completely on the ground, stand up, full extension of the hips, 6"+ jump.

You can do this in your bedroom or living room...last night I did 22, but I'm gonna try it again today and try for 25, since last night I did it shortly after a wod.

    Maybe i'll try this.. 25 in a minute is good for a non hand release burpee! Great work

    I will do this at some point in this long weekend. If I can do over 10 I would be thrilled....
