cant lost weight after a month 1200kcal

:cry: Can any one tell me why my weight cant drop while I am consume 1200kcal per day and exercise 30-60 mutes 6 to 7 day per week...I only lost 0.9kg for 5 week...

    Hi..you might not be eating enough calories. There are a number of posts on here and google about BMR and eating more to weigh less. The idea is that your body thinks it is starving and so stores fat to keep you alive...

    I am new to all this and I have gotten frustrated with low calorie diets...so I try to eat a few hundred extra calories a day and earn some more than that in exercise. Goog luck!
