We missed doing a week 10 weigh in on here but when I weighed myself I had dropped 3 lbs and was down to 229, but have been struggling for last few weeks, on and off dieting, and am back up to 232.0 That is actually .4 less than last weigh in on here (week 9) but I know it was a gain. 
So after Thanksgiving tomorrow - I HAVE to get focused again.
Only 4 weeks left!! This is a 25 lb weight loss challenge - still have 8 lbs to go!
