Hi! My name is Amanda. I have done Herbalife before, but it was mainly to have something fast and yummy for breakfasts, and that was about a year and a half ago. I haven't had a shake in so long. Now, I need to drop 20 lbs to feel better. I'm always tired, cranky, stressed and I know if I became healthier it wouldn't be so bad. I am sitting at 163 lbs. right now, this is the most I have ever weighed (except when I was pregnant with my 2 kids).
I currently live in Montana and my sister is in North Carolina. We are in this together, supporting each other via long distance facetime, texts, and phone calls.
I am planning on having a shake for breakfast, eating lunch and snacks and having a shake for dinner. I haven't received my products in the mail yet, should be here today. I also don't have a coach.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
