Having lived very close to the border i can tell you that lots of americans do.
I can also tell you that lots are trying to get citzenship or residency as soon as they have health issues or they start getting old. Because getting old/sick in the US sucks.

OK. But, regardless of how fuc[/i]ked up you may think the US system is, Santa is right. Your HCS is not free. You all pay for it. There is no such thing as free health care.
