filthy fifty

Im trying to put together several filthy fifty's for lunch time workouts a few days a week. What are your sugestions? Keep in mind I will only have access to hand weights.

    There's only one filthy fifty. Can I ask why 50? You're options open way up if you lower the rep scheme. Also if you have 50 of each movement, it will most likely be looong workouts not suitable for a lunch hour. Here are some things you can do with just your body or dumbells:
    Air squat
    Pushups
    Sit ups
    Handstand pushups
    If you have access to a bench- box jumps/box jump overs/box step ups
    Burpees
    Bear crawl
    With dumbells:
    bear crawl holding dumbells
    Goblet squats/over head squats/front squats
    Turkish sit ups
    Turkish get ups
    Thrusters
    Manmakers
    Swings (like a kb swing)
    Sumo deadlift high pulls
    Press/push press
    Farmer's carries
    Box step ups holding dumbells
    Dumbbell snatches

    I'm sure there's a bunch more others can add for me. Hopefully that's enough to get you started
