Week 1 Goal: Do at least one Pilates class and at least 2 days running.
I decided to take this week off running and start back next Monday. My revised goal was two Pilates classes and one yoga class.

This is great! I just started the Leslie Sansone Walk Off The Pounds 2 mile 30 minute walk this week (Tuesday) and I have done it everyday since. So 3 days so far! My weekly plan is to do it at least 4 times a week.
3 Days was my goal for week one of December.
I got sick this week, and so I only did 2 days of my walk video this first week of December. Well.. It could have been worse!!0
