Varicose Veins

For the past 2 weeks, my legs have been really hurting me in the evenings. Last night, after cooking Thanksgiving dinner and doing the dishes, my legs were killing me. I looked at them and they were all swollen and black and blue. Turns out, I have a horrible case of varicose veins. Ugh! I have to stop running and doing spin and trade it in for walking. I have 2 other children and never sit down all day but I have been told I need to alternate being on my feet and sitting with my feet up. I am so miserable about this now!
