Left over Gluten Free bread....idea

I made some gluten free, sugar free cranberry bread. It turned so so, kind of dry. I got an idea to try making bread pudding with it. OMG it was awesome. Ate it warm out of the oven. I just did a search on bread pudding and used a basic recipe. Switched out splenda for the sugar. Try it you'll love it.

    Yum! I made gluten free stuffing for Thanksgiving, using the same general idea, except with broth, eggs, and veggies, instead of milk and sweetener. It was fantastic, way better than the bread by itself.
