Everyone Excited?

I know I am! I need the accountability to make me push myself so I'm really glad to have a group for that. I have a workout a day (except Mondays technically) scheduled until 2/17. That's my last "pictures & measurements" day with my Tapout XT series. I'll have you guys & gals with me for my day 10 check in, which happens in 4 more days and then my 30, 60 and 90. They call it "90" but it's actually an 84 day program, so I guess following that
If we decide to roll over into another 90 I will wait to kick off another round then. Most likely at that point I'll have to move into the gym or at least the weather should be backing down to where I can get outside and start running again.

Yeah I'm really excited too because I am kinda all over the board with weigh ins and if I have a set date (like every Sunday no matter what) I will be more motivated to really stick to my calorie goal.
Its too easy to say, "well.. I have so much to lose and so I'll be doing this the rest of my life, so a day or two of indulgence won't hurt. I'll just skip this weeks weigh in and do it later."
This way I will have Sundays looming over my head to keep me on track.
A little positive peer pressure is a good thing!!!!

Totally!! The thing I like about this group is that it makes me workout. Yesterday I didn't feel like exercising but i did anyways because i'd be a hypocrite if I expect everyone else to but slack off myself!0
