I am sorry for the lack of post purple team. I was out of town without internet access...How was ya'lls week? How did you do over Thanksgiving?

    i did not exercise on thanksgiving as i had to start my travel early in the morning and was gone all day but my weight is 193.4 i'm sure i just lost my weight from tom. i am hoping to have a much better week it is hard trying to take care of my folks and my family and the holidays but it's something i know i have to do. hope everyone had a great holiday

    my weight this week was 155. i didn't do thanksgiving exercise cuz i didn't get online till the following day. apologies. i've not been the best teammate this season & i will improve on that in the coming weeks.

    I have been a really bad teammate recently and I am so sorry for that.

    I currently weight 169.2. I have been sick for the past 2 weeks and I am still on the mend. I am not 100% and don't have my appitite back completely.

    I will try to do better.
