Non Scale Victories!

I think it's important to have non scale victories too. They can be just as important to feeling great and being healthy as the scale.

I'll start.

Last week I tried the stair master for the first time and after 6 minutes, I had to stop. Today at the gym I tried again and I lasted 14 minutes! My goal was only to go to 10 minutes.

I'm so happy I tried something new. :)

    Great job!!

    I usually don't exercise on the weekend b/c I am off of my regular schedule, but this month, I have a goal of doing something active for at least 20 minutes every day.

    And I did it! I started the month off right by putting in 20 minutes of walking and light weights on Sunday. Woo-hoo! :-)
