Get in plenty of water. Do plenty of stretching ( stretch the eyebrows, scalp, neck, mouth, shoulders, arms, wrists, torso, legs, back, feet).

    Alright! I plan on taking the time to fully stretch my eyebrows today! Fully! Back at it tomorrow I hope!
