No she didn't add the PLANK! It's getting SERIOUS up in here now! Burpees AND planks don't even belong in the same room together. They don't get along well! LOL!0

ha... I lost 2 inches off my waist and half an inch off my calves from last month challenge. However; last month we only had Thanksgiving. This month we have Christmas, Christmas eve, and New years eve.:ohwell:0

Done!! I Did 3 sets of everything. I could only muster 20 burpees though. My legs had had enough!! Nice combo!0
