* It doesnt matter how you stretch just make sure you are all stretched out to prevent injury.

Cardio
20 jumping jacks
jogging in place for 60 seconds
10 squats
10 jumping jacks
5 squats
jogging in place for 30 seconds

Strengh
30 crunches
20 second jack plank
15 push ups
30 second plank
10 push ups
40 second jack plank
30 crunches
REPEAT CARDIO AND STRETCH WHEN FINISHED

    50 jumping jacks
    15 crunches
    10 hip bridges
    step ups for 1 minute
    15 crunches
    mountain climbers for one minute
    15 push ups
    25-30 squats

    *Reapeat once more and stretch**
