Shoveling is hard work, so that is pretty good!

I got my workout in this morning, since I have my weight loss class tonight and don't get home until late. Maybe their scale will be nice to me and say 299? lol

Katie- I want to say how much you impress me. I cannot wait to see you update saying you hit 299! I will be cheering for you!!! Are you going to reward yourself? My last reward (Nov 2012) was a tattoo. And 10 more pounds I can get another one!

CK- How do you feel after you shovel? Buffalo here so I am use to it. But our last snowfall...was the only 4 or 5 inches but it was that super heavy stuff. You know the kind that make great snowmen!! Well I was sore the next day from it. Felt like I did 100 push ups and squats. I guess my form was good! :)

I'm having a better day today. Yesterday I was "poor me." And I really don't like when I get that way. Had an awesome workout last night and I feel good today.

My trainer is trying to convince me to join his crossfit gym. I am scared. Any thoughts??

Jill - I sweat like crazy.....it was almost like doing a session of T2!

I don't really have a good opinion of gyms so I am not the best person to ask. They are just too damn expensive for my liking.

But I will say...if you think if you are scared of it...is it a fear of looking bad, or maybe not being able to keep up? If so, then even more of the reason to join. I bet a fair share of those people were in that same boat at one time.

So, with that being said, if it can help you achieve your goals,....then do it!
