fresh grated parmesean cheese
1/2 head of broccoli
Mrs. dash's - southwest Chiplotle seasoning
1 can condensed cream of Broccoli

combine all ingredients in baking pan. bake at 395 degrees for 25min or until cooked through. add fresh grated parmesean after chicken is cooked and broil on high until cheese semi melted n broccoli semi burned about 2min.

    My indulgent always was Italian food like this, so for you to share this recipe that is low in calories is a miracle. I will deffinatly try it next week.
