    It came yesterday and I was able to do the DVD this morning. Another fun one! She's definitely very bouncy, but that makes sense for the high intensity intervals! The cast includes fellow Walk Leaders but all of them genuinely seem to be having a great time. Love the music.

    I am going to make myself wait until I lose 10 pounds and use a new DVD as a reward. This is definitely one that I want!
