Bike ride this weekend

Hey HHC folks.... the ride time and departure location for saturdays group workout has changed. It is expected to be between 26 and 29 degrees at 8:30 a.m. and snow is anticipated in the Loomis/Auburn area (the departure location for the originally scheduled ride). We are not sure how safe it will be for cycling so are making a change! Hope to see many of you on friday evening for the healthy holiday cooking class and saturday at NOON for the bike ride! If you still have not tried a bike ride please do! Here are the details as posted on the EPIC calendar.

EPIC members time to rethink the originally scheduled ride for this morning as it is frosty and the roads (especially downhill) may prove to be a BIG challenge! Plan B is a departure from Bicycles Plus at noon for a flat, fast ride along the American River Parkway with group challenges along the canal. Distances are: Red/White and Blue long 30 miles, Blue short 20 miles and new riders 12 flat , easy miles. Bundle up and come on out! it's time to ride!
