What are you up this weekend.
I think I plan to take it easy, might plan my meal for the next few days, including getting the soup on and having it available all the time for that small top up of goodness.
Does anyone eat dinner watching the TV? We do constantly. Trying to sit at the table more which helps with digestion and overeating. But its so easy to slip back to the comfy sofa and munch.

We are ampty nesters and my husband and I eat in front of the TV every night for dinner. Only eat at the table when our daughter is home or we have company. I know it is so bad for us, but I don't think we'll change :blushing:
We are going to a Tran Siberian Orchestra concert on Sunday with friends. So I'll get some walking in getting to the venue from the parking lot :laugh: Tomorrow will be cookie baking as Christmas is fast approaching!
