Did you know that planning your meals can help curb cravings? I know we all live busy lives and it is virtually impossible to plan all of our meals. If you are like me, at the end of the day I am tired and don't want to think anymore! Try planning your dinner AFTER you eat lunch. You won't be hungry and it will allow you to make a sensible choice for dinner. By planning ahead of time you already have in your mind what you are going to eat resulting in less likelihood to make poor food choices!
