Setting small achievable goals each week can be helpful for long challenges. What are a few goals (2-4) that you would like to focus on this week?
_______
Mini goals 9/8-9/14
1. Say no to desserts if I don't know how to count them
2. Go to water aerobics at least 2 times this week
3. Spend more time stretching out after working out (I often skip this)

To be honest, I'm not sure what mine are. I'm going to a destination wedding at an all-inclusive resort this week for 6 days and I think I will want to indulge a little bit after having been strict for 30 days, but I certainly do not want to mess up all the good work I've done over the past few weeks.
I am taking my gym clothes and plan to exercise at least three times while I'm there, but I would really like to do something active every day.
I know I'm going to have alcohol but I won't go over board, and I'll also have a glass of water after each drink to avoid dehydration and a potential hangover.
In terms of food I would like to stick to Paleo / Primal as much as possible, but enjoy the occasional treat if something fantastic is on the menu.
Does anyone have any good tips or advice?0 -
Sassislim - It looks like you've got a good plan in place. I know people say we are human and only live once, which is true - however, you're feeling good with where you are and how you've eaten and exercised the past 30 days, so just remember that. Do something active everyday, eat and or/drink, but don't over -indulge at every meal, get your rest, and drink plenty of water.0
