Challenge #1

Alrighty ladies, here's the challenge for this month. Starting on Monday the 9th until January 6th I want as to get in at least 3 30 minute workouts a week in or more. I want everyone to post on this topic each Sunday of what they got done that week. And there's a prize ladies, whoever gets the most workouts in, in that amount of time get's to eat whatever they want for a day. A real cheat day. Not just one where we eat one piece of cake and that's what we call a cheat day. So let's get this started!
