Day 1 - Cardio party remix
Day 2 - Turbo sculpt
Day 3 - 20 minute work out
Day 4 - Lower body jam
Day 5 - Ab jam
Day 6 - Fat blaster
Day 7 - Rest day - light walk, some activity

Week 2

Day 1 - Ab jam
Day 2 - 20 minute work out
Day 3 - Fat blaster
Day 4 - Turbo sculpt
Day 5 - Cardio party remix
Day 6 - lower body jam
Day 7 - Rest day - light walk, some activity

Week 3

Day 1 - Cardio party remix
Day 2 - Turbo sculpt
Day 3 - 20 minute work out
Day 4 - Lower body jam
Day 5 - Ab jam
Day 6 - Fat blaster
Day 7 - Rest day - light walk, some activity

    Hi y'all.
    I hope that it is okay if I join y'all...
    I will likely not be doing the same schedule as you, as my needs are a little different right now. But, it sure will be great to have others doing TJ right along with me.
    I already started last week and will update what I did on that thread. I may only be able to do TJ every other day or two days. I am in bad condition and don't want to overdo it...
