Favorite WOD

I was thinking about how I love some of the WOD, and other's make me cranky.
I am still fairly new and have to scale some things, so my favorite WODs are the ones that I can complete without major modification.
This beauty was my workout last Friday and I have to say, it was one of my favorites in CF so far. Amazing burn, and I only scaled the toes to bar to V-ups.
Every 4 min for 4 rounds:
A. Back squat @30X0; 3.3.3; rest 20 sec btw clusters of 3
+
EMOM for 10 min
odd - 5 standing two-arm row
even - 8 toes to bar
+
EMOM for 10 min
odd - 12 sit-ups
even - 9 burpees
What are some of yours?

we did this hero WOD the other night and i LOVED it!
"Holleyman"
30 rounds for time of:
5 - WBS (20/14)
3 - HSPU
1 - power clean (225/185)
i obviously scaled down the power cleans -- did them at 110 in 34:30.0 -
Right now, it's Helen:
3 rounds for time:
400m run
21 kb swings
12 pull-ups
In a little over a month I shaved over a minute off of my time (10/2 14:11, 11/13 13:05)
Also, this was the WOD we did on 9/11
9/11 WOD:
For time:
9 Hand release push ups
11 Lungs with weight over head 45/35 (Choose a object i.e. KB, DB, Plate. No barbells.)
20 sit ups
01 mile run
110 step ups 24/20
100m bear crawls
100m Sled drag (sled is behind you.) 116/81
9 represents the month
11 represents the day
20 and 01 represent the year
110 represent the number of floors in the twin towers
100 represent the long hours spent looking for victims under the rubble.
The sled weight represents the grief that we as a nation carry on our shoulders from this attack on our country
My 11-year-old son did this WOD with me (except for the weights), and it was special because I was pregnant with him when the attacks happened.0 -
I'm a big fan of Murph because you don't need equipment and it was by first hero WOD.0
