Binge eating last trimester

I have always been an over eater but this whole pregnancy I had really kept my weight in check but the last month I have put on most of my weight due to huge binge eating problems. I will kill thousand calories before I even register I'm doing it.
has any one else had this problem and been able to bounce back and manage it? I only have 4.5 weeks left but I'm afraid at this rate i'm going to put on an extra 20 lbs in that time!

I wish. I'm hungry but baby takes up so much space there is no room left for food.0
