My 5x5 break update

I put myself on a YOGA only regimen for December, I upped May calories, am taking my vitamins, and have been doing yoga 5 times a week. It is as boring as box of rocks. (Wait, I like rocks sometimes...) it as boring as a box of socks. (Yuck. Socks)
I am feeling better, slowly.
I did some bodyweight exercises today, I am so stinking bored with yoga. I do have a good app that let's me change it around and add my own music, which helps.
If I still feel OK tomorrow after my bodyweight stuff today, I will slowly....slowly..add in some bodyweight stuff. I hope to have my health back to good enough to get back to Lifting after the holidays.
My son is having back surgery next week and we are working on his nutrition and I'm sure he'll have physical,therapy..so we'll be in this fitness thing together.

I can imagine YOGA 5x a week can get a bit tedious :yawn:

A friend of mine does yoga daily. For an hour. I can barely last 15 minutes 4-5 times a week....LOL.0
