    No to be a punk, but I was SURE hoping today was a rest day. My knees and calves are in need of some rest! This challenge has been WORKING me OUT!!

    Favorite quotes? I have a great deal of them, but a couple of my favorites is from my man Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson:

    And this one from my Pastor, Eric D. Thomas:
