Did you know that most of us eat our food too quickly? By taking your time eating your meals, you will feel full sooner which will result in reducing your calorie intake at meal time. Eating more slowly will also aid in proper digestion of your food. Try holding a conversation while you eat. This will naturally cause you to eat slower because you will be engaged in conversation while you are eating. If that doesn't help, try drinking a large glass of water before every meal as it will help you to feel full sooner. Happy Thursday! :happy:
