Pretty Fierce Weight Loss

Hey!
I'm doing Pretty Fierce Weight Loss and I'm on the last day of week 3: my first day of rest in 3 weeks is tomorrow.. and I need it as I'm sick!
It has been so energy-giving, doing this challenge. and I am almost half way through.
So far, I feel my endurance has improved drastically. At about halfway through week 3, though, my ankles were starting to hurt. I think it is all the jumping from the plyometrics/tabata workouts.
As far as stats go, at the end of 3 weeks:
Shoulders: -1"
Dominant Arm: -0.5"
Chest: -0.75"
1" Above Navel: -2.75"
1" Below Navel: -1"
Hips: -1.25"
Dominant Thigh: -1"
1" Above Knee: -1.25"
% Body Fat Loss: 0.73%
Weight Loss: 4.5 lbs
I'm definitely enjoying the variety every day and look forward to my workouts.
I had a major drop this week in weight, and I boosted my caloric intake up to test to see if I wasn't eating enough. Sure enough, that is probably why I was plateauing. I am at a weight today that I haven't seen in 4 years (before I was pregnant with my first son). Thrilled to keep at it. I've already made my Christmas goal
