Hi guys 
I just wanted to spread the word about a club that a friend of mine started a few months ago called DMV Fit Club - they meet up once, maybe twice a week, in Rockville. Very cool, and will work your *kitten* off (seriously, you may not be able to sit afterwards), but in an encouraging and motivational way lol. Sessions are $12 for an hour-long intense workout.
