    I have seriously been slacking in the exercise regiment, but I've been doing okay on the meal plan. I'm jumping back on today with the legs & butt workout today.

    are any of you doing the mile run or just doing the cardio fat melting routine?

    I'm at the last week of the beginners calender. Will continue the march calender after that. I would love to add some POPster freinds ;)
