    Okay, I just seriously loved the title of your post today. Would you mind coming down to Colorado and giving me an actual kick in the butt? I swear there is a treadmill with my name on it, but I can't manage to find it! Because the doughnut with my name on it is yelling louder!

    Dang thanks Joanne...I missed that part about the cereal...It looks good. I do a similar one minus the oil and honey. Maybe I will use spray instead of oil and a little honey.
