New to group, due June 5

Hi everyone! I've been on MFP for some time and took a break during my first trimester. Before I got pregnant, I was doing HIIT type workouts and a lot of strength training (I work out with a trainer once a week and have been for quite awhile). Now that the first trimester fatigue is gone I'm looking forward to ramping up my workouts, and getting back into heavy lifting and perhaps trying prenatal yoga.

Anyone else due in early June or interested in continuing (or starting) strength training? Looking forward to being part of this group :)

ETA: This is my second pregnancy. I didn't work out much when pregnant with my daughter (she's three now), and I started off this pregnancy weighing almost 30 lbs less than I did when I became pregnant with her.

    Hello Pamela! congrats!!! right now I'm 10.5 weeks due July 10... Just now Im starting to get my energy back and not feeling so sick.... before pregnancy I used to do HIIT workout at home as well, but now with pregnancy I'm going to take it easy with my workout since my job is super active! I plan on doing some zumba, aerobics, and prenatal yoga... If you want add me to your friends list! Im looking for active mommy's to be!
