Jillian does this move in a couple DVD's. I was doing Extreme Shed & Shred this morning and pulled a muscle in my back/shoulder area. I only pulled muscles a couple times, and when I thought about it- it was from this same move. It's where you are fully extended in a side plank, with your forearm directly under your shoulder holding you up. Your feet are either stacked, or as I do my top foot in front of the other foot (modified is on your knee). Then you do crunches, bringing your elbow/shoulder towards the stabilizing forearm.

Has anyone else had problems with this move?

Guess I'll just have to modify, but it's weird because I can do it with out problems but every now and again it will get me.
